I found this animation appealing because of it's snappy, dark narrative. The narrated poem, with it's entertaining and complex rhyming structure, helped drive the pace of the story. This was most notable with the crescendo near the end of the last act in both the speed of the rhymes in the poem, the beats in the music and the scene transitions to help communicate the rising tension in the story.
